Start small.
Twenty-five minutes, fifty, or a little time of your own. Pick something that fits your day.
A little time. A small win.
You don’t have to do it all.
Just make a little room for what matters next.
No account. One intention. Your own pace.
One thing at a time.

A chapter. A first draft. The thing you keep putting off. Give it a little room.
Pause when you need to. See the time you made in your browser’s session history.
iPhone + Mac + browser
Headback for iPhone and Mac share one focus session. You can connect this browser to that same timer using the Mac companion’s pairing details.
How to connectOpen the native Mac companion and choose Pair iPhone. Scan its QR code in Headback on iPhone to connect your devices.
On iPhone, grant Screen Time permission and choose the apps and websites you want to shield during a native session.
In the Mac companion, open Connections → Advanced settings → Copy details. Paste them into the browser timer’s Connect dialog to share Start, Pause, Resume and End.
Connecting shares the timer. Protection is configured separately on iPhone and in the browser extension.
Less, but considered
Pause without losing your place. There’s no streak to protect or score to chase.
Browser-only history stays in this browser. Shared sessions use your private room and are not added to that history.
Good to know
Start a browser-only timer with optional intention and local history, or connect to your iPhone and Mac session using the Mac’s pairing details. A connected browser controls the shared timer; shared sessions are not added to browser-only history.
Choose Pair iPhone in the native Mac companion to display a QR code, then scan it in Headback on iPhone. To add the browser, choose Copy details in the Mac companion’s Connections settings and paste them into the browser timer’s Connect dialog.
The iPhone app can shield selected apps and websites after Screen Time permission. A connected browser controls the same timer, while browser blocking requires the extension to be installed and connected. The website alone does not block distractions.
Yes. Choose 25 or 50 minutes, or set a custom duration from 1 minute to 24 hours. Pause and resume when you need to.
